The idea for these cupcakes came from my own obnoxious sassiness. See, the husband and I were at a certain vegan friendly bakery and tried a PB+J cupcake. I though it would be really awesome but it was a total disappointment, the frosting didn’t even taste like peanut butter! So of course I had to make my own version:
Delicious! I also wasn’t happy with the cake part of the bakery cupcake so I decided to use chocolate cake. I’m not a big fan of plain vanilla or yellow cake in general though 🙂
