I suppose for most people November and December (at least here in the US) are the big eating months where most thoughts of good health and nutrition fly out the window. For me, it’s all about October. Junk food, candy, baked goods, you name it, it’s all fair game this month. While we were visiting my parents last week, the first sweet indulgence we gave into were smores made with Sweet and Sara marshmallows. It was all kinds of ooey gooey yumminess, very good but so sweet that I could probably only have them once or twice a year. Yay for vegan smores!
