Kala hates green beans! Last nights’ dinner was a green bean experiment in hopes of changing Kala’s mind.For years I have been doing saucy stir-fries featuring tofu and green beans, and usually spicy. The dish featured fairly common Chinese flavors, soy and hoisin sauce, onion, ginger, garlic, and toasted sesame oil. Lets not forget hot chilies. On the whole I thought it tasted good, although the sauce was not quite right, just a little out of balance. In the end I thought I could infect Kala with green bean love, but alas it was not to be. Kala still hates green!
