Last week I had my very first reuben sandwich! I’d never had sauerkraut before either so it was quite the dinner of firsts 
Shane had never eaten sauerkraut either, he could never get past the smell! But we found a brand that makes a pretty mellow kraut and I absolutely love it. I used the reuben recipe from Vegan With a Vengeance since it seems to be a pretty popular recipe, and I’m glad I did because it was delicious!

Last night I made the scones from Vegan With a Vengeance for the first time and they came out awesome! I’m not a huge scone girl but these are perfect, not too sweet and great for breakfast. I’ll definitely be making these again

First of all, sorry for the long absense, Shane and I have had a crazy few months, our last apartment flooded and after a lot of drama and us having to get the health department involved, we decided it was time to move And you guys know how crazy moving is, right?
