Bark is a weird word for candy, but is sure is tasty! Last night I made a little batch of super simple chocolate crunch bark so I’d have some for today. To make it, all you do is melt some chocolate chips in a glass measuring cup in the microwave, stir in some rice crisp cereal, and then spread it out onto a place covered with foil. Once it cools you can cut it up and, of course, eat it!
