Here’s the last bit of food to talk about from our little vacation, pancakes with blueberry sauce:
It’s something we always have for at least one breakfast when we visit my parents because my mom makes the batter for us, then all we have to do is cook it up when we’re ready. I forget what cookbook this is from, I think one that’s all about tofu – although if you could see the bookcase that holds all of our cookbooks you’d know that doesn’t narrow it down too much. The sauce is really good too, it’s just blueberries and a little bit of water cooked down to make a syrupy yummy sauce.
