Tonight was one of those nights when neither of us wanted to cook and we were both super hungry. So it was Pizza Luce to the rescue!
Oh Pizza Luce, provider of tasty vegan goodness, what would we do without you? Tonight’s dinner was Pizza Athena, topped with kalamata olives, spinach, mock duck…all sorts of joy! It’s probably my favorite pizza they have, but it’s been on the banned list here for a few months because we had a crazy amount of Athena around our wedding. But it’s back on the happy list and tonight’s was an especially good one, they were very generous with the mocky ducky goodness.
